MISSION

Developing a structure toward a future where the planet and society thrive.

In 1972, the “Limits to Growth,” better known as the Club of Rome Report, announced that “within 100 years, the global environment will reach its limits.” As per this report, fifty years later, our planet is beginning to cross the planetary boundary for the first time in history. Protecting this boundary is essential for our survival.

We must create a better future – one that moves the current global economy to a fundamentally sustainable state – one that is balanced, equitable, and conceived as a new economy, one that achieves human well-being and allows the life support systems of the global environment to thrive.

These are times of enormous societal challenges. It is not always easy to see, for example, how to deal with new risks and how we can create a better future.

We believe that one of the key players (a pivotal role in society) in creating a better future is the transformation of business organizations that will have a significant impact (positive and negative) on society. Transformation requires change from the foundations of a company’s organisation and is a long journey. At the same time, we believe creating a future society together through business is possible.

Our mission is to facilitate and support the development of organizational structures toward a future where the planet and human society thrive within the planetary boundary.

By internalizing sustainability at the organization’s core and integrating it into their strategy, business activities, and communications – we help turn the tide.

Trust is a defining factor in our work, and we strive to inspire confidence in all our work.

Progress

We enjoy the progress of clients and our sustainability journey and growing with them towards the future.

Go beyond

We think about the future across countries, regions, genders, domains, fields, generations, time and space, between different areas or from where they intermingled.

Down-to-earth

Not only theory and daydream, we also look directly at reality and see the essence of complex events.

Let’s work together on your sustainability challenges!

It’s been over 15 years since I worked as a sustainability expert in Japan and Finland.

When I started my job, many people asked me, “What’s the benefit of doing environmental management and communication in the organization?”

But after nearly 20 years, I think that, in general, they finally understand and accept the actions of management and communication, which is finally becoming more widespread in society. That’s because what advising in “The Limits to Growth”, published 50 years ago, has now become a reality.

However, there must be many C-suites, business people and individuals who feel a sense of crisis and anxiety about the current situation but do not know what they should actually do and are still struggling through trial and error.

I had such concerns when I started working and supported the organization to create organisational structures.

As a result, I have been involved in helping organizations achieve all kinds of challenges and goals, such as achieving mission and vision, increasing their value and changing the awareness of the people in charge themselves, and have received various evaluations.

In 2013, I moved to Finland to live and work with developing a local sustainability network.

We hope to help organizations develop structures for the society and the future they essentially want to create within the planetary boundary while also keeping all kinds of legal regulations.

Let’s work together for your sustainability challenges to find the right path!
